When you hire out Recovery Wellness Club, you get private access to our sauna, ice baths and changing room facilities with your team, friends, family or all of the above!

You can book private group sessions for a minimum of 1 hour starting at £180.00,  two hours for £340.00 or three hours for £480.00. Longer booking slots are also available. 

12 people max per one hour booking. If you're team is bigger than 12 people, please contact us for more information.

It is recommended to pre-book at least a week in advance to make sure that there is availability for your preferred slot.
